Week 1
-
Familiarity with Robots:
Let's consider the types of robots, including their application and impact on modern society.
-
Installing and configuring Fusion 360: On you will install Fusion360 on your laptop and register a student license to create impressive 3D models.
-
Robot anatomy:
Consider the anatomy of the robot Kulya. We learn how each part interacts and affects the functioning of the robot.
Week 2
-
3D printing and Additive Manufacturing Technologies:
Let's install Cura and the corresponding plugins for it, look at the basic printing parameters, and learn how to create the robotic components, coxa, femur and tibia.
-
Coxa 3D Modeling and Printing:
3D modeling practice. Let's design the first component of the robot leg in Fusion 360, prepare it for printing in the Cura program, and start 3D printing
-
3D Modeling and Printing of the Femur:
Let's continue modeling and printing robot paws.
Week 3
-
3D Modeling and Printing of the Tibia:
let's model the last component of the robot's paw, and start assembling the robot
-
Battery and power system of the robot:
Learn how to properly assemble and install power supplies and BMS (Battery Management System)
-
Pizza day QnA:
A special session to answer your questions.
Week 4
-
Electronic Components and Tools:
An overview of the electronic components used in Kulya's work, as well as an introduction to the necessary tools, including soldering irons.
-
Body Assembly Work:
We will consider in detail the process of assembling the robot body
-
Theory and practice of soldering, spot welding:
We will consider the theory and implement practical exercises in soldering and spot welding.
Week 5
-
The electronic circuit of the Ball operation, assembly:
Let's consider the Bullet diagram and study the process of its assembly.
-
Introduction to Python:
Let's get acquainted with Python, learn what an interpreter is, and learn how to flash and program an ESP32 microcontroller.
-
ESP32 Programming and Debugging:
Learn how to download code and troubleshoot.
